If you are wanting to pay the registration fee by Chinese RMB, the currency exchange rate is $1.0 USD =￥6.95 RMB, i.e., 450*6.95=3128.0 RMB for English Invoice (Receipt), 450*6.95+450*6.95*5%=3284.0 RMB for Chinese Invoice.

For 10+ SCI indexed international journals, the handling fee will have to be charged after your paper is suggested by the journal for minor revision.
